One of the fastest-growing and highest-performing OneStream partners is hiring a Business Development Manager to expand relationships, influence major decisions and drive new enterprise consulting engagements. This role combines solution expertise, strategic selling and partnership development with OneStream.You'll work directly with the VP of Sales and leadership team, owning the full business development lifecycle. From discovery conversations to RFP creation to influencing OneStream channel partners you will be the face of the company in a competitive, high-growth market. You'll be surrounded by experts who execute at a high level and share wins as a team. This is a nimble environment with zero ego, no red tape and real access to leadership. They need a persuasive, relationship-driven seller who knows the CPM space and thrives on opening doors and closing transformational opportunities. Salary Range: $100,000 - $125,000 / Year DOE One Stream Services Business Development Manager Responsibilities: • Build and manage relationships with OneStream sales reps, solution leaders and enterprise prospects • Lead business development strategy within your territory to drive net-new revenue • Create and deliver compelling proposals, demos and RFP responses • Partner with delivery and leadership teams to position the company for success in every engagement • Bring forward opportunities from existing OneStream clients and from Hyperion/EPM migrations • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting within Salesforce • Travel as needed to client sites and industry events One Stream Services Business Development Manager Requirements: • 2+ years selling OneStream OR 8+ years selling EPM/CPM solutions • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field • Strong financial literacy in FP&A, accounting, and corporate reporting processes • Proven experience developing enterprise relationships and influencing decisions • Excellent communication and presentation skills with executive stakeholders • Entrepreneurial drive and a proven ability to build pipeline, solve problems and operate independently • Ability to work under pressure without micromanagement • OneStream certifications Admin and/or Implementation Foundation a plus • CPA, FP&A background, or presales experience a plus Benefits: • Medical, dental, vision • PTO designed to preserve work-life balance • 401(k) with safe-harbor match + profit-sharing contribution • Life insurance provided • Laptop + internet reimbursement • High visibility with leadership, no bureaucracy • Annual company trip • Opportunity to build and lead future sales team If you're ready to drive high-value transformation for enterprise finance teams and get rewarded for it this is the position for you!
