Key Responsibilities • Assist customers via live chat, email, and phone regarding Disney services, products, and experiences. • Provide troubleshooting support for online accounts, digital streaming, theme park reservations, and merchandise orders. • Address general inquiries related to Disney+ subscriptions, theme parks, and online purchases. • Deliver exceptional guest service by resolving concerns with professionalism and empathy. • Accurately document customer interactions and escalate complex issues as needed. • Stay updated on Disney products, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information. Skills & Qualifications • Previous customer service, hospitality, or call center experience preferred but not required. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to multitask while managing multiple customer inquiries efficiently. • Basic technical troubleshooting skills for assisting with digital platforms. • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment. • Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
