Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer experiences, utilizing consultative skills to anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives, and provide solutions that exceed their expectations Provide expert advice and support on our products and services, including print, signs & graphics, and shipping Take complex customer orders using order systems, providing accurate pricing information and ensuring that all customer problems are resolved quickly and to the satisfaction of the customer Operate and maintain a wide variety of equipment, including printing, binding, and other related equipment Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly retail store environment, ensuring that all equipment and supplies are stocked and available for optimal performance Process financial transactions using a Point of Sale terminal (POS), including handling cash and making change Stay current on retail store merchandising materials, ensuring proper display of all retail area product and signage Takes preemptive action to prevent errors and waste, completing required financial paperwork and assisting with financial reporting as needed Essential Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma or equivalent education, as well as 6+ months of specialized experience in a customer-facing environment. You will need to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other team members. Your ability to stand during entire shifts, excluding meal and rest periods, and to move and lift 55 pounds, will be essential in this role.
