Operations and Logistics Coordinator
We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Operations & Logistics Coordinator to work directly with the CEO and handle coordination, admin, and follow-through so day-to-day work runs smoothly in a fast-paced startup environment. This role exists to take care of the details, logistics, and execution, freeing the CEO to focus on strategy, validation, partnerships, and growth. What Success Looks Like • The CEO is not distracted by admin, scheduling, or follow-ups • Tasks move forward and deadlines are met, even as priorities evolve • Information is easy to find and kept up to date • Fewer things are forgotten, delayed, or unclear You are someone who: • Has experience in admin, operations, coordination, or project support • Is highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented • Takes responsibility for seeing things through • Is proactive, adaptable, and comfortable figuring things out as things change • Communicates clearly and follows up when needed • Enjoys supporting others so work runs smoothly • You’re not someone who needs constant direction, supervision, or rigid structure. And you’re comfortable working in an environment where things move quickly and evolve often. Skills & Experience • 2–3 years experience in admin, operations, coordination, or project support • Strong organizational and communication skills • Comfortable with digital tools (Google Workspace, Notion, task tools) • Experience working in small teams, startups, or fast-moving environments is a plus If you enjoy organizing work, keeping things on track, and being the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks, especially in a dynamic, changing environment, this role is for you.
