About the role We are looking for a hands-on, results-oriented Operations Supervisor to support daily operations across multiple stores. This is not a pure project management role — the focus is on daily identifying issues, ensuring accountability, driving the team to meet KPIs, meeting company expectations and ensuring the smooth operation of full-cycle stores and solving any issues that arise during the work daily operations. Responsibilities Drive consistent achievement of key operational KPIs, including inventory accuracy, timely reporting, and service quality standards. Oversee and support routine operational workflows, ensuring accuracy of daily reports and smooth execution of administrative tasks across stores. Act as primary point of escalation for urgent operational issues (e.g., technical or facility disruptions), coordinating timely resolution to minimize downtime. Manage office procurement processes with a strong focus on cost efficiency and vendor optimization. Provide structured support for reporting and analytics, including review and validation of daily reports in collaboration with the operations team. Ensure 100% accuracy and compliance in collections reporting. Maintain ongoing communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues quickly and effectively. Identify errors in processes, correct them, and train staff to prevent recurrence. Conduct detailed analysis of inventory results, investigate discrepancies, and implement corrective measures. Monitor workforce scheduling efficiency, eliminating idle time and ensuring optimal staff allocation. Motivate, guide, and hold teams accountable for achieving operational goals while fostering a positive and performance-driven culture. Requirements Proven experience in an operations, service, or retail supervisory role, ideally within a fast-paced or high-growth environment. Proficiency with spreadsheets and data-driven decision-making. Excellent communication skills; fluency in Russian and English required. Character: persistent, detail-oriented, and numbers-driven.
