Order and Operations Analyst

Sony Electronics Inc. is looking for innovative individuals to join their team as an Order and Operations Analyst. The role involves managing the order to cash flow while ensuring efficient service to customers and adherence to company policies and procedures. Responsibilities Receive, qualify, process, and expedite all sales orders for SNA business partners from purchase order to billing, effectively and efficiently Directs and coordinates with Sony team members to ensure accurate master data, timely shipment of goods and accurate invoicing to minimize DSO impact Effectively support KPI's and yearly goals by identifying, initiating and implementing improvements to optimize operational efficiency Provides timely responses to customer inquiries by telephone and/or e-mail in an in- or outbound service center, consistent with service and quality standards Troubleshoots and resolves customer complaints Skills Bachelor's Degree preferred, in lieu of a degree, 1-3 years' experience in customer service, order processing and/or supply chain management Understanding of ERP systems, especially Sales and Distribution Basic understanding of Credit and A/R Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, Word and Power Point Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to work both independently and in a team environment, strong organizational, analytical and problem solving Knowledge and use of SAP- Sales and Distribution Module Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across business lines to accomplish shared goals Ability to identify weaknesses in processes and recommend/implement continuous improvement initiatives Benefits Competitive pay and benefits Innovative work-life balance opportunities including a hybrid home/office workplace Monthly “Free Fridays” Early shutdowns on Fridays throughout the year (including half-days during the summer) Company Overview WE ARE SONY Our spirit of innovation and challenge has created those special moments that make people say ‘wow’.
