In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing paid media strategies across various platforms to ensure our clients achieve their marketing objectives. You will work closely with B2B clients, professional services clients, and healthcare clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a freelance professional who excels in digital advertising and enjoys working in a dynamic, collaborative environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive paid media plans, including display, search, social, and programmatic advertising campaigns.- Conduct audience research and segmentation to inform targeting strategies and ensure maximum ROI.- Collaborate with account teams to understand client goals, objectives, and budgets.- Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.- Create detailed media plans and reports, including forecasts, KPIs, and post-campaign analyses.- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising and media planning.- Manage vendor and platform relationships to ensure smooth campaign execution.- Ensure all campaigns comply with client guidelines, timelines, and brand standards.QualificationsBachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in paid media planning and buying, preferably within an agency environment.- Proven expertise in platforms such as arenaflex Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic tools.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present clear insights.- Proficiency in tools like arenaflex Analytics, SEMrush, or similar analytics platforms.- Exceptional project management and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Work Arrangement- This is a freelance, remote position with flexible hours.
