Paralegal - Contractual (US Law Firm, WFH)

Salary: P60,000 - P80,000 (Monthly package) Schedule: 12:30 AM - 9:30 AM PHT What are we looking for? Skills Required: Bachelor’s Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate from an accredited program 3+ proven experience as a Family Law paralegal. Strong knowledge of family law procedures, legal terminology, and document preparation. Proficient in using ADOBE applications. Proficiency in Legal Software – WestLaw and Clio The job opportunity is going to be for a 6 months contract. What will you do? Client Support: Provide excellent client service by assisting with inquiries, gathering necessary documentation, and maintaining strong client relationships. Legal Research: Conduct research on relevant laws, regulations, and case precedents to support attorneys in case preparation and strategy. Documentation: Prepare and maintain legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and financial disclosure statements. Court Filings: Manage court filings, including e-filings, ensuring compliance with deadlines and requirements. Case Management: Assist in managing and organizing case files, schedules, and deadlines. Communication: Coordinate and communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel as necessary.
