This is a project-based consulting role, not a full-time position. The ideal candidate understands how to design at the site planning/community layout level or at the urban planning level. This role does not involve building architecture — only site planning. Scope of the project This consulting engagement focuses on how parametric workflows improve real-world residential site planning. We want to learn: • How land planners set up rules, constraints, and optimization parameters• How Grasshopper scripts integrate with typical planning tasks • Where parametric design saves time or improves design outcomes Requirements • Strong experience in Grasshopper (required) and parametric workflows for land planning. • Practical understanding of U.S. site planning norms, constraints, and design standards. • Previous work on SFH or townhouse subdivisions, or urban layouts. • Ability to explain and demonstrate how parametric tools were used in real-world projects.
