Job Summary: As a part-time Admissions Representative, you’ll play a key role in supporting prospective students during our highest-demand hours—primarily evenings, weekends, and seasonal or promotional periods. You’ll connect with mission-driven individuals seeking personal and professional growth through IIN programs and help guide them toward the right educational fit. This is a flexible, hourly role best suited for those who thrive in purpose-driven conversations, enjoy helping others make empowered decisions, and are available to jump in when our leads are hottest. Duties/Responsibilities: · Connect with prospective students by phone, text, and email to discuss their interest in IIN courses · Respond quickly and helpfully to inquiries during nights, weekends, and peak enrollment times · Answer program-related questions and guide leads to the right offering based on their goals · Use Salesforce to track interactions and update lead statuses · Apply strong listening and sales skills to move leads from interest to enrollment · Reconnect with past leads during off-peak times to revive interest · Coordinate with full-time team members to ensure a seamless student experience · Support key enrollment days and promotions as needed · Fluency in Spanish a plus What You Bring • 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing or sales role (phone-based preferred) • Comfort working independently during nights/weekends • Selling premium price point products or packages • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong alignment with IIN’s mission and values • Previous experience or familiarity with IIN programs is a plus • Spanish fluency is a plus Schedule · Varies week to week based on your availability · Flexible shifts typically include evenings (5–10pm ET), weekends, and/or key launch periods · Average of 10–20 hours/week, with potential to increase during major enrollment cycles Compensation • Hourly rate: $16.83/hour • Commission: 5% of Net Cash collected during tenure • Additional performance incentives may be available during key periods Why Join Us (Even Part-Time)? • Work remotely with a values-driven team • Make a meaningful impact on people's health and purpose • Employees receive free access to IIN programs About IIN What started as a small classroom of passionate students in a live setting in 1992, IIN is now world-renowned for its flagship online Health Coach Training Program and other leading-edge educational offerings on the most current and important topics in health and wellness.
