Job Overview As a Part-time Chat Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for engaging in online conversations with customers, providing accurate information about products and services, and turning these interactions into leads for our dealership clients. Key Responsibilities Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing timely and accurate responses to their questions and concerns. Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of our products and services, including automotive and recreational vehicle sales, service, finance, and general dealership information. Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our customers. Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, summarizing interactions based on customer needs and preferences. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all interactions are professional, friendly, and tailored to the individual needs of each customer. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, a strong ability to multitask, and a positive and professional demeanor. Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary. You should be able to type at least 35 words per minute, with a preference for 40 words per minute or above. Basic internet and window-based computer skills are also essential, as well as a strong ability to adapt to change and thrive in a quick-paced work environment.
