Data Management: Accurately document customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities. These include: Experience: Minimum of 3 years of prior experience in customer service, preferably in a chat support environment or healthcare-related industry.
