Job Overview and Responsibilities In this exciting and challenging role, you will be responsible for providing a first-line response to all inbound customer enquiries and subscription management requests via email and telephone. You will be the face of arenaflex, and your passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences will be evident in every interaction. Your key responsibilities will include: Providing timely and effective resolutions to customer enquiries and concerns, ensuring that all issues are addressed promptly and professionally. Proactively identifying patterns or trends within the department, allowing us to continually improve our processes and the service we provide to our customers. Continually learning and developing knowledge around our treatments and service offerings to better serve our customers and provide personalized support. Collaborating with other teams to ensure that customer feedback and concerns are addressed, and that we are continually improving our customer experience. Utilizing CRM systems such as Freshdesk, Zendesk, or similar to manage customer interactions and ensure that all customer data is accurate and up-to-date. Essential Qualifications and Experience To be successful in this role, you will need to have: 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Experience working in a remote environment, with the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively. Strong computer literacy, written, and verbal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues. Experience with CRM systems, such as Freshdesk, Zendesk, or similar, and a variety of customer contact methods, including email, telephone, and live chat. Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. A customer-centric approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving customer delight. Preferred Qualifications and Experience While not essential, the following qualifications and experience would be advantageous: Experience working in the pet industry or a related field, with a passion for animal health and welfare. Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
