Key Responsibilities Perform outbound calls to execute employment verification procedures in accordance with company and federal guidelines, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Enter and verify client data in various systems, maintaining attention to detail to ensure accurate, up-to-date records. Gather driver information to complete DOT compliance regulation tasks, adhering to strict deadlines and quality standards. Utilize multiple systems with speed and accuracy to execute compliance services, staying informed about our services and the compliance requirements pertinent to the industry. Protect company and client information in accordance with company policies and procedures, demonstrating a strong commitment to confidentiality and data protection. Maintain your understanding of regulations and our products and services through continuous learning, supporting Department of Transportation compliance activities and enhancing the company’s positive image. Provide exceptional customer service to associates and customers, ensuring that all interactions are professional, courteous, and responsive to their needs. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundation in education and a commitment to learning. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Consistent internet connectivity and prior remote work experience, ensuring that you can work effectively in a virtual environment. Flexibility for shift-based work, including evenings, with a minimum of 20 hours and a maximum of 30 hours per week, demonstrating your ability to adapt to changing schedules and priorities. Demonstrated capability to manage multiple tasks concurrently while conducting outbound calls, showcasing your organizational skills and ability to multitask.
