Part Time Customer Service Representative

The role involves responding to customer concerns, understanding policies, and documenting trip details. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries and concerns with timely responses and accurate information or redirecting to a supervisor Comprehensive understanding of policies and procedures Meet or exceed established performance requirements Document trip authorizations and details including transportation type, pickup times, appointment times and addresses Other duties as required Skills High School Diploma, GED or equivalent Computer literate Excellent customer service skills Ability to operate standard telephone system Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable.
