About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time Customer Care Agent. As a key member of our Customer Contact Center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and promoting our services to existing and potential customers. This is a remote opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home, with a schedule of 20-25 hours per week. Key Responsibilities Manage and resolve customer inquiries by using available resources to research required information Update job knowledge by studying changes as released by the field and participate in educational opportunities Accurately process payments and answer billing inquiries Influence customers to recognize the value in remaining or becoming a Rollins customer and offer solutions that meet their current needs Develop and maintain positive business relationships with customers Handle customer information responsibly and ensure customers' privacy as per FCC regulations What We Offer At Orkin LLC, we provide our employees with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth and development.
