Key Responsibilities Accurately enter data from insurance claims and/or authorization requests submitted by healthcare providers, meeting client turnaround times and maintaining a high level of accuracy. Navigate efficiently through imaging software to retrieve claims and authorizations for data entry, utilizing your technical skills and attention to detail. Differentiate between various claim types and follow established data entry guidelines to ensure consistency and quality. Identify specific document types that require special handling, demonstrating your ability to analyze and prioritize tasks. Collaborate with team members to ensure work is completed in accordance with designated turnaround times, promoting a culture of teamwork and mutual support. Support additional workflows as needed, adapting to changing requirements and priorities. Perform quality reviews of other team members' claims/authorizations, providing constructive feedback and contributing to the team's overall quality and performance. Alert management to potential issues, identifying discrepancies and recommending process improvements to increase efficiencies. Essential Qualifications To be a successful candidate, you must possess the following essential qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: 6 months or more of experience in a data entry or typing-focused role, demonstrating your proficiency in data entry and attention to detail. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong data entry/typing skills, with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and speed. Excellent attention to detail, with a keen eye for spotting discrepancies and anomalies. High degree of accuracy, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality work.
