Part Time HR Assistant, Home Care (Remote)

We are a growing home-care/home-health company with a strong cloud-based operating framework. We are looking for a part time remote( 20 hours/ week) team member who will provide Human Resources and Operations functions. Schedule is 12pm to 4pm Monday through Friday. The focus of this position will be compliance and recruitment scheduling.PLEASE COMPLETE INDEED ASSESSMENT TESTSDuties/Responsibilities:• Review new applications submitted via recruitment portals, website, email, or from telephone inquiries, and conduct screening calls• Assist with human resource processes, work eligibility, and compliance follow-ups• Answer questions, transfer calls and take messages as appropriate• Report staff calls regarding call-outs and schedule changes to assigned Care Coordinators• Data entry relating to staff profiles and availability for new hires within the operating software system.• Other tasks as required by senior staff/supervisorRequired Skills/Abilities:• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Excellent interpersonal skills.• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.• Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills.• Ability to adapt to the needs of the organization and employees.• Strong database and spreadsheet management skills• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, or related softwareEducation and Experience:High School completion, College Degree preferred• 1 year of HR and/or Long Term Care experience or,• 1 year in a customer service/logistics/call center environmentPhysical Requirements:• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Key Performance Metrics• Being able to complete recruitment calls and scheduling based on staffing needs as quickly as possible.• Ensuring at least 80% of caregivers are compliant.• .Reaching out to all applicants and processing applications within a set time frame.Job Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 per hourBenefits:• Paid time offWork Location: Remote Apply tot his job
