Narrow down on appointment information to successfully schedule appointments, contributing to lead generation and client revenue. Capture customer contact information for lead generation purposes and ensure it is accurately summarized for client review. Essential Qualifications To excel in this role, you should have: Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry, though not necessary, is highly preferred. Coaching on effective communication and customer service techniques. Ongoing support and feedback to ensure your continued growth and success. Requirements for the Role To be considered for this part-time chat operator position, you must: Be able to type at least 35 words per minute, with 40 words per minute or above being preferred. Have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse, ensuring you have the necessary equipment to perform your duties effectively. Have a quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions, as this is a remote position requiring focus and productivity. Be able to attend 4 weeks of full-time remote training, Tuesday through Saturday, between the hours of 11:00 am and 7:30 pm EDT, setting the foundation for your success in the role.
