Key Responsibilities Receive requests for technical assistance from customers and open tickets in our ticketing system for the Help Desk technicians to review Review each open ticket to determine the outcome from the help desk and ensure that customers receive updates and exceptional customer service Email responses to customers to keep them informed about the status of their requests and ensure that they are satisfied with the support provided Work efficiently to close out tickets quickly, ensuring that customers receive timely resolutions to their technical issues Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and ticket outcomes Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience in I.T. Help Desk ticket management or online customer service, preferably with a technology company or busy online retailer. However, no prior experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure that you have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role. You should be comfortable working on a computer all day, have exceptional typing skills, and an attention to detail.
