Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Patient Care Customer Service Representative to join our Sleep Central (After Hours Call Center) team. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in contacting patients regarding equipment delivery, taking orders, verifying patient information, and ensuring timely order placement. This is a 100% remote opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home, with a schedule that includes evenings and weekends. Key Responsibilities: Accurately transcribe patient profiles over the telephone, including data entry of information and possible outbound calling Obtain medically necessary documentation and process patient orders through our online pharmacy system Resolve tracking issues and reschedule shipping orders for patients, ensuring timely delivery of essential medical equipment Troubleshoot problems based on patient input, addressing concerns and providing solutions in a professional and empathetic manner Verify orders are complete and accurate, ensuring seamless delivery and setup of medical equipment Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of our Patient Care team Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you must possess: A high school diploma or GED equivalent, with experience in the medical field and administrative record management A strong customer service background, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and self-motivation Effective communication skills in English, both oral and written, with the ability to interpret various forms of communication Basic mathematical skills, with the ability to perform simple calculations using addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division Ability to maintain confidentiality and practice discretion when handling sensitive patient information Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a call center or customer service environment, with a focus on patient care and medical equipment Knowledge of medical terminology and home medical equipment, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner What We Offer At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with a comprehensive benefits package, including: Competitive pay, with a starting rate of $16 per hour and quarterly bonus opportunities 100% remote work arrangement, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home Generous paid time off and paid holidays, with a focus on work-life balance 401k, medical, dental, and vision insurance, with life insurance and disability benefits Employee discount program, with opportunities for professional growth and development Recognition and reward programs, acknowledging and celebrating employee achievements Our Culture and Values At arenaflex, we are dedicated to creating a positive and inclusive work environment, where employees feel valued, respected, and empowered to succeed.
