As a dynamic and energetic professional, the Payroll Vendor Relationship Manager will own the collaboration with external Payroll partners. What you bring • Experience: Proficient in vendor management • Global Payroll Expertise: Expertise in international payroll practices and compliance requirements. • Project Management Proficiency: Manage complex projects from planning to execution. • Negotiation Skills: Effectively negotiate vendor contracts and service agreements. • Problem-Solving Abilities: Identify and address challenges in vendor management processes. • Leadership Potential: Ability to lead project teams and guide junior staff. Key Responsibilities • Vendor Evaluation: Lead the evaluation and selection of vendors, aligning with strategic business goals. • Project Leadership: Oversee project timelines and deliverables, ensuring successful execution. • Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor KPIs to assess vendor performance and service quality. • Cost Optimization: Implement solutions to reduce costs and improve vendor service efficiency. • Technology Integration: Support the integration of technology solutions to enhance vendor management processes. The base salary range may be subject to change.
