People Operations Associate

US Mobile is on a mission to revolutionize connectivity, and they are seeking a People Operations Associate to help shape the employee experience at their fast-growing company. In this role, you will support day-to-day HR operations, assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, and collaborate with various teams to deliver a seamless employee experience. Responsibilities Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, documentation, and system access Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS, benefits systems, and internal tracking tools Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries Support HR compliance with federal, state, and local regulations Help develop and maintain employee policies, handbooks, and documentation with People Ops Manager Screen incoming HR correspondence and escalate time-sensitive matters to People Ops Manager Coordinate recruiting processes and help ensure a smooth candidate-to-employee transition Assist with reporting, audits, and data hygiene for operational accuracy Support company-wide people programs including performance cycles, engagement initiatives, learning opportunities, and recognition programs Help organize our annual company offsite (previous locations: Tokyo, Dubai, Hawaii) Build scalable People Ops systems, templates, and workflows Skills 1–3 years in People Operations, HR, or related operations role Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar) Familiarity with HR tools and systems (HRIS, performance management) Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Startup, tech, or high-growth experience preferred Experience with PEO (Justworks) and benefits administration a plus Benefits $100/mo USM credit for your phone / family / friends etc Gym Reimbursement Flexible PTO Medical, Dental, and Vision Plans Company Overview US Mobile builds a next-generation connectivity platform to connect the next billion wireless devices onto nationwide 4G and 5G networks.
