Performance Media Planner - Paid Search + Paid Social
Collective Measures is a media and analytics agency seeking a Performance Media Planner to join their growing team. The role involves overseeing and optimizing paid social and paid search advertising campaigns, developing strategies, and analyzing performance across various platforms. Responsibilities Day-to-day oversight and execution of media across multiple paid search and paid social platforms including but not limited to: Google, Bing, YouTube, Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Twitter Lead day-to-day management and optimization of campaigns to meet and exceed goals Campaign planning, forecasting, and budgeting Recommending testing strategies and optimizations to drive performance Campaign bid management strategy and oversight Campaign data analysis, reporting, and insights Summarize and communicate the status of all campaigns with appropriate internal and external contacts Keyword research, ad copy creation, and audience development Industry research on search and social trends with occasionally being tasked to write a POV, blog post, or case study Skills 1+ years of paid social or paid search marketing experience Proficiency within at least one of the following paid channels: Google, Bing, Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest, or Amazon Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Results driven with a proven track record of driving performance Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently as well as with a team Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines Self-starter approach to work, a positive attitude, and a drive to consistently meet and exceed objectives and take on more responsibility Strong experience with Microsoft Excel Bid management experience such as Marin or Skai Experience with Tableau of other data visualization platforms Feed management platforms: Feedonomics and Google Merchant Center Retail and e-commerce experience Proficiency within Google Analytics and/or Adobe Previous agency experience Benefits Participation in the Employee Stock Ownership Plan Comprehensive health insurance plan options, including 100% paid plan Employee dental, life and disability coverage, 100% paid Participation in 401(K) Plan with generous employer match Generous paid parental leave Generous PTO policy, including 11 paid holidays per year Employee wellness stipend + home office stipend Commuter stipend (for hybrid employees) Company Overview Collective Measures is an employee-owned media agency specializing in full-funnel connections strategy and advanced analytics.
