Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team at E-Therapy. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing physical therapy services to students in PreK-12 schools, helping them improve their mobility, strength, and overall physical function. For immediate consideration, please send your resume to [email protected] OR call 803-868-6959 #Virtual Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: • Conduct thorough evaluations of students' mobility, strength, balance, and coordination. • Develop personalized treatment plans and goals tailored to students' specific needs and abilities. • Implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve students' motor skills, range of motion, and functional independence. • Provide direct one-on-one therapy sessions as well as group therapy sessions as appropriate. • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to integrate therapy goals into students' educational plans. • Monitor students' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes. • Document therapy sessions, progress reports, and other relevant information accurately and in a timely manner. • Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings and provide input regarding students' physical therapy needs. Qualifications: Qualifications: • Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. • Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist. • Experience providing physical therapy services in a pediatric or school setting. • Proficiency in assessment tools and therapeutic techniques commonly used in pediatric physical therapy. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with students, parents, and school staff. • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. • Experience in teletherapy or online counseling (preferred). • Knowledge of adaptive equipment and assistive technology used in physical therapy (preferred).
