Location: Remote (U.S.) Travel: 20–30% domestic travel required Compensation: On-Target Earnings (OTE): $100,000–$120,000+ depending on performance • Base Salary: $70,000 • Commission: $1,000 per family that begins care (paid once Forta receives reimbursement from the insurance payor) • Mix: ~60–75% base / ~25–40% variable • Additional upside available through strong referral growth and family conversions. Our first care vertical is autism ABA therapy. Access is limited, delivery is fragmented, and families are left waiting. We are reinventing this model to provide early, high-quality access. We are seeking driven, innovative, and mission-aligned individuals to join us in transforming how neurodiverse families experience care. About the Role This is not a typical physician liaison role. As a Physician Liaison, you will build Forta’s referral engine from the ground up. You will be responsible for developing trusted relationships with physicians, clinics, and healthcare systems while also creating new referral channels and overcoming barriers to growth. We’re looking for someone hungry, entrepreneurial, and motivated by impact — a person who thrives on activity, pursues new opportunities relentlessly, and takes ownership for turning referrals into families that start care. This is a chance to establish the foundation of Forta’s physician referral program and directly contribute to the company’s mission and growth. Key Responsibilities Referral Growth • Develop and manage a pipeline of physician referral sources (pediatricians, neurologists, psychologists, developmental clinics). • Increase referral volume by educating providers and their staff on Forta’s services and referral processes. • Track referral activity, conversion, and account health in CRM systems. • Partner with intake and clinical operations to ensure smooth handoffs from referral to care initiation. Relationship Building • Build and sustain long-term, trusted partnerships with physician practices and healthcare systems. • Customize outreach strategies to fit regional needs and practice workflows. • Represent Forta at pediatric, hospital, and behavioral health industry events to expand visibility and referrals. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field. • 3+ years of experience in healthcare sales, physician liaison, referral development, or account management. • Strong understanding of physician referral patterns, pediatric and behavioral health networks, and care coordination. • Proven track record of driving measurable referral growth. • Excellent relationship management and communication skills. • Highly organized and self-motivated, able to manage multiple territories/accounts. • Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite. • Willing to travel 20–30% to meet physicians, attend conferences, and support regional growth. • Mission-driven, with a deep commitment to improving access to autism care.
