Key Responsibilities Connect with individuals who have filled out a form to assess their eligibility for compensation, utilizing an automated dialer system Manage a high volume of connections, with a focus on achieving monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates Multitask efficiently, including listening, answering questions, and viewing multiple windows on your computer screen Accurately utilize phone software (VICI) and arenaflex's Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM), following scripts and guidelines as provided Participate in training and ongoing learning opportunities to expand your knowledge and skills in the role Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and consistency in your work Assist with special projects and tasks as needed, demonstrating your flexibility and commitment to the team Troubleshoot and resolve basic IT issues, ensuring minimal disruption to your work and maintaining productivity Candidate Profile To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Compensation and Benefits arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range starting at $17.31/hour, with commissions and bonuses that can increase your total compensation to $33.00+/hour ($70,000+).
