The Product Lifecycle Management Technical Project Coordinator's mission is to seg and enforcing a reliable, transparent and efficient logistic plan. As the Product Lifecycle Management Project Coordinator your role will be an integral asset in driving value and service. In addition, the role is an integral part of the New Product Introduction (NPI) and new product development planning.We design, develop, integrate, market and service these advanced machines, which enable our customers - the world’s leading chipmakers - to reduce the size and increase the functionality of their microchips, which in turn leads to smaller, more powerful consumer electronics. Our headquarters are in Veldhoven, the Netherlands, and we have 18 office locations around the United States including main offices in Chandler Arizona, San Jose and San Diego California, Wilton Connecticut, and Hillsboro Oregon. Responsibilities • Lead material changes and delivery for complex NPI parts and assemblies • Provide PLM guidance across cross-functional teams to support new product development and modifications. • Evaluate and implement engineering changes with consideration for timing and supply chain impact. • Monitor execution plans and determine logistics consequences of proposed changes at the project level. • Collaborate with Operations, Manufacturing, Sourcing, and Engineering teams to align on plan changes and material flow. • Manage ramp-up of products in the supply chain, balancing availability, inventory, quality, cost, and risk. • Interface with suppliers on new product introductions and expedite material flow for critical components. • Prepare and maintain critical paths and logistical investments in coordination with project teams. • Mentor junior team members and contribute to skill development domains, building on leadership behavior. • Support continuous improvement of PLM processes within Supply Chain Management. Education and experiance • Bachelor of Science in Engineering or other technical STEM field. • 2+ years of relevant experience in technical project management. • Experience in planning and logistics in high-tech and manufacturing environments. • Proven stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills. • Proven track record of strong communication, emotional intelligence, adaptability, and technical problem-solving abilities. • Demonstrated self-starter, go getter, and over-achiever attitude. • Demonstrated leadership behavior, stakeholder management, and influencing others to achieve buy-in. Other information This position is located on-site in San Jose, California . It requires onsite presence to attend in-person work-related events, trainings and meetings and to further ensure teamwork, collaboration and innovation. (Important to insert additional onsite language specific to the role: i.e., inspection, specific training and supervision, etc.) A flexible workplace arrangement is available for remote work up to two days a week. Role within Office Responsibilities Routinely required to sit; walk; talk; hear; use hands to keyboard, finger, handle, and feel; stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, and stretch. Occasionally required to move around the campus. Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. May require travel (specify domestic and/or international) dependent on business needs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. #LI-AS1 #LI-Hybrid The current base annual salary range for this role is currently: $76,875-128,125 Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members. The Company offers employees and their families, medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to participate in the Company’s 401k plan.
