Principal Business Operations GTM
• 12+ years in GTM systems, business operations, or sales operations roles, with significant hands-on Salesforce experience (former Salesforce Admin or Architect strongly preferred). • Proven ability to design, configure, and optimize Salesforce and related GTM systems end-to-end. • Strong understanding of GTM processes (sales, marketing, customer success) and how to enhance them with AI and automation. • Experience guiding technical teams or junior implementers (formal management experience not required). • A product mindset — able to gather requirements, design great user experiences, and deliver solutions that drive adoption. • Deep technical knowledge of system integration, AI applications, automation tools, data modeling, and reporting. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence across functions and levels. • Proven track record of making high-impact decisions in ambiguous environments. • Passion for GoFundMe’s mission and commitment to enabling our GTM teams to succeed. • A technical doer who can both architect and build solutions, including AI-enabled capabilities.
