Key Responsibilities: Product Vision and Strategy · Develop and communicate a clear vision for banking products that supports company objectives and customer needs. · Create and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on business value and market trends. Requirement Gathering and Documentation · Collect and document product requirements from stakeholders such as customers, regulatory bodies, sales, and internal teams. · Translate business needs into clear requirements for development teams. Project Management · Oversee the product development process from idea to launch, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards. · Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, compliance, and sales to ensure successful execution. Stakeholder Communication · Serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed. · Present product updates and plans to senior management and other stakeholders. Performance Monitoring and Optimization · Define and track key metrics to measure product success and identify areas for improvement. · Analyze user feedback and data to continuously enhance products. Problem-Solving and Innovation · Address issues that arise during development and after launch. · Explore new ideas and approaches to improve products and banking operations. Requirements · Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. · Extensive experience with banking applications and core banking processes (e.g., Fiserv DNA, Commercial Center, Pep Plus etc..). · Strong understanding of banking technology ecosystems and operational workflows. · Experience with banking applications and processes is required. · Proven ability to deliver products in regulated environments. · Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, project management, or business analysis in financial services. · Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. · Experience with market research, competitive analysis, and customer engagement. · Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
