Product Quality Assurance Agent (Remote - Wisconsin)

About the position As a remote Product Quality Assurance Agent at Morley, you'll be in contact with our dealership partners, documenting information while providing excellent customer service. You'll help our client maintain strong relationships by helping them resolve issues in a timely manner. This position starts at $13 per hour. No automotive experience required! Responsibilities • Deliver clear and detailed documentation on part replacements and restrictions • Provide useful feedback for internal customers in engineering • Create positive customer experiences for external dealership customers • Offer timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound conversations (including phone calls, chats, emails and other communications as needed) while keeping a positive and upbeat attitude • Handle calls quickly, efficiently and effectively using provided tools • Communicate clearly and build rapport with customers Requirements • Two or more years of customer service experience (previous call center work, retail, restaurant, fast food, hotel or any role where you interacted with customers) • High school diploma or equivalent • Strong computer navigation and typing skills • Extensive customer service skills • A positive, self-starter attitude with a solid work ethic and strong attention to detail • Excellent interpersonal and listening skills • Able to work shifts within the center's hours of operation: Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. Central time (9 a.m. - 7 p.m. Eastern time) Nice-to-haves • Associate degree • Call center experience Benefits • Medical and prescription coverage, including free annual physicals • Dental and vision insurance • Paid time off • Associate wellness program (earn a reward for getting your annual wellness checkup) • Programs to quit tobacco use and manage chronic conditions (e.g., diabetes, asthma) • 401(k) with match • Flexible spending account • Life insurance • Short- and long-term disability insurance (company paid) • Teladoc: 24/7 online access to doctors • 24/7 nurse help desk • Patient advocacy: Free 24/7 help with benefit questions and claims issues • Family, financial and estate guidance (will) services Apply tot his job
