Project Coordinator-Procurement

Centerline is a telecommunications infrastructure company specializing in development, construction, and maintenance of networks. They are seeking a Project Coordinator to assist in project activities, coordinate with project managers and procurement, and ensure the successful execution of projects. Responsibilities Coordinate, track, and communicate project activities for project managers and procurement Update and maintain data integrity through companies and client’s databases and trackers Order tracking for materials Act as a liaison between project managers and procurement Attend weekly status meetings with project managers, and procurement Coordinate, procure, and track POs from clients and to subcontractors Receive requests from client and effectively communicate among stakeholders Site visits to confirm progress, safety and quality Skills High School Diploma Previous experience in cooperating with Project Managers for the delivery of projects Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel (must be proficient in Excel) Must have extensive experience with Excel Excellent verbal and written Interpersonal skills needed to work in a highly collaborative environment, including cross functional project teams involving internal and external members Self-motivated; exhibits the initiative necessary in achieving company goals and objectives Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks across many projects in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and assist with changing priorities Strong attention to detail, organization, and document tracking Ideal candidate will be located in the CST and EST time zone Benefits Medical Financial Other benefits Company Overview Centerline is a leading provider of critical infrastructure services for next-generation networks across North America.
