Job Summary As a Project Manager III, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and delivering large-scale projects that meet our business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, client relationships, technology solutions, and service delivery. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Execution: Develop, define, and execute project plans, including project scope, activities, schedules, budgets, and deliverables. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Interact with product development, sales, client relationship teams, technology solutions, service delivery, and other cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met. Resource Management: Identify needed resources for projects, define and assign major project roles, and coordinate activities and tasks among project team members. Project Coordination and Control: Coordinate activities and tasks among project team members, other internal departments, and client or vendor/subcontractor organizations as needed to meet project goals. Risk Management: Manage project risks, issues/problems, and activity progress to ensure project goals, such as deadline, scope, and quality, are achieved. Communication and Liaison: Serve as liaison between technical and non-technical teams, in internal organizations as well as in client and vendor/subcontractor organizations to ensure all project targets and requirements are met. Team Leadership: Assign and monitor work of project team members, providing technical and analytical support and direction as needed. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, project management, or a related field. Project Management Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the fintech industry. Project Management Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable. Communication and Leadership: Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools, such as MS Project, Asana, Trello, or similar. Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree: A master's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, project management, or a related field. Fintech Industry Experience: Experience working in the fintech industry, preferably with a large-scale project. Agile Methodologies: Knowledge of agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban. Data Analysis: Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
