The position is open to remote work. • * JOB SUMMARY: • * The Project Manager will help oversee the technical designs for preliminary and advanced engineering documents/deliverables, as well as managing and tracking specific tasks and deliverables within the design contract, ensuring that assigned contracts and agreements are administered and managed in accordance with the applicable policies and procedures of the client, as well as management of assigned contracts in accordance with federal and State of California laws and regulations, contract provisions, and the client’s policies and procedures. In addition, the incumbent will assist in the coordination of utility and local facility relocations. • * JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • *+ Assists in managing scope, cost, schedule, and budget, ensures quality consultant deliverables, with the project manager.+ Coordinate and attend meetings with local agencies and third parties+ Support the project manager in developing reports, presentations, conducting research, analyses, identifying issues, recommending solutions, identifying, and mitigating project risks. • * Qualifications • ** • MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: • *+ BA/BS + 8 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education • * PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: • *+ Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or equivalent.+ 10+ years of experience with transportation projects and disciplines.+ Knowledge of various phases and functional responsibility of high-speed rail project development and delivery.+ Knowledge of federal and state contracting laws and regulations.+ Demonstrated experience in project management and managing multi-discipline teams to meet project milestones.
