Public Policy Manager

WageWorks is looking for an experienced Public Policy Manager to join our team and drive our policy and legislative priorities. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter who is both analytically minded and politically savvy.The successful candidate will bring a wide range of knowledge and skills to the table and will have the ability to think strategically and identify political trends, as well as the ability to think tactically and develop initiatives to achieve goals. The Public Policy Manager will be a key member of our team, collaborating with the executive leadership to develop and implement policy and legislative initiatives that will help shape the future of our organization.The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in political science, public policy, public administration, or a related field, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in public policy, legislative affairs, or a related field. This candidate will have proven experience in developing public policy and legislative initiatives, an understanding of the political landscape, and the ability to influence and engage with a wide range of stakeholders. The ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, is essential, as is the ability to analyze and interpret data. The successful candidate will have excellent problem solving and organizational skills.
