Accenture Flex employees work in their local metro area onsite at the project, significantly reducing and/or eliminating the demands to travel. Responsibilities • Administer, configure, and provide expert-level support for Public Safety software applications, such as Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD), Records Management Systems (RMS), Mobile Data Terminals (MDT), Jail Management Systems (JMS), and other specialized public safety tools. • Collaborate closely with police officers, firefighters, paramedics, dispatchers, and other public safety personnel to gather requirements, optimize workflows, and ensure applications meet operational needs. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to public safety applications, including integration problems, data integrity issues, and system performance. • Manage user accounts, security roles, and permissions within public safety systems, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies. • Lead or participate in system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new modules or applications. • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including system configurations, user manuals, and training materials specific to public safety workflows. • Provide training and ongoing support to public safety personnel on the effective use of applications. • Liaise with vendors (e.g., Motorola, CentralSquare, Hexagon) for complex technical issues, software enhancements, and new feature requests.
