Job Summary As a Quality Assurance and Systems Manager at Workwarp, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of quality assurance systems, managing workflows, and driving process improvements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, develop and implement corrective actions, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance systems to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Oversee the execution of QA guidelines, procedures, and programs to ensure building efficiencies and maintain inventory integrity Manage workflows, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely completion of projects Identify areas for improvement and develop corrective actions to drive process improvements Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Supervise and manage associates, providing direction, monitoring performance, and providing feedback Participate in the hiring, promotion, coaching, teaching, and evaluation of associates Ensure appropriate hardware and software maintenance, installation of new replacement or additional systems, and necessary repairs Requirements Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g., Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Financial Management, Production/Operations Management) 1 year of experience in an operations/distribution/logistics environment, supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers/supervisors Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and drive business decisions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects Preferred Qualifications: Financial Modeling and Analysis Inventory Management Modeling/Forecasting Preparing and executing budgets Profit and Loss (P&L) Accountability Supervising Associates Talent Development Walmart Logistics Manager Walmart Logistics Systems What We Offer Competitive Compensation and Benefits: Competitive salary range: $65,000 - $139,000 per year Performance-based incentive awards Comprehensive health benefits, including medical, vision, and dental coverage Financial benefits, including 401(k), stock purchase, and company-paid life insurance Paid time off benefits, including PTO, parental leave, family care leave, bereavement, jury duty, and voting Short-term and long-term disability benefits Company discounts Military Leave Pay Adoption and surrogacy expense reimbursement Career Growth Opportunities: Opportunities for professional growth and development Training and education programs Leadership development programs Cross-functional training and development Work Environment: Remote work option available Collaborative and dynamic work environment Emphasis on diversity, equity, and inclusion Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance How to Apply If you are a motivated and experienced Quality Assurance and Systems Manager looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply now!
