Job Summary As a Registered Nurse (RN) in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, educating patients and families, and coordinating care across various settings. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $34.06 - $51.11 per hour, depending on experience and tenure. Key Responsibilities: Assess patients' physical, emotional, and social needs, and develop individualized care plans. Provide direct and indirect patient care, including patient education, assistance with in-office procedures, and coordination of care. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless transitions of care. Participate in quality improvement efforts, and contribute to the development of policies and procedures. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote patient-centered care and achieve optimal outcomes. Mentor and teach patients, families, and other healthcare professionals as needed. Requirements: Education and Experience: Graduate of a baccalaureate nursing program accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), or National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA). Current RN license in the state of Minnesota or eligible for licensure. At least one year of RN experience in an applicable care setting, preferably in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and critical thinking skills. Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team. Competent computer and keyboarding skills, with experience in electronic medical record systems. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, nights, holidays, and weekends. Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a team environment. Prior experience with electronic medical record systems.
