Job Description: • We are seeking a senior, highly strategic Product Marketing Strategist to support premium, upmarket product offerings within a scaled real estate technology platform. This role focuses on strategic product marketing, narrative development, and GTM direction, rather than execution-heavy campaign work. • You will partner closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations leaders to define differentiated value propositions, influence roadmap and pricing decisions, and drive adoption and revenue growth for high-impact, agent-facing products. • This role requires someone who can shape upmarket narratives, influence executive stakeholders, and align cross-functional teams around a shared growth vision in a fast-moving, transaction-driven environment. Responsibilities: Product Marketing & Strategy • Lead strategic product marketing and GTM planning for premium and upmarket offerings. • Develop clear, compelling value propositions that drive revenue growth and adoption. • Shape positioning and messaging frameworks that can be evangelized across the organization. • Act as the internal voice of the product, influencing stakeholders without owning execution. Cross-Functional Leadership • Partner closely with Product teams to inform roadmap direction based on market insights and customer needs. • Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, and Operations teams to guide pricing, packaging, and upmarket strategy. • Align cross-functional leaders around shared narratives, priorities, and growth objectives. Market & Customer Insight • Leverage qualitative and quantitative research to understand customer pain points, industry trends, and competitive dynamics. • Translate complex product capabilities into simple, compelling stories for internal and external audiences. • Support feedback loops with Sales and field teams to continuously refine positioning. Experience: • 8 12+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Strategy, or related roles, with focus on B2B, B2B2C, or marketplace products, preferably in Real Estate or PropTech. • Proven success driving revenue growth and adoption for premium or upmarket products on scaled digital platforms. • Strong ability to shape upmarket narratives, influence cross-functional leaders, and guide GTM strategy without owning execution. • Experience working with consumer mobile apps, SaaS platforms, or marketplaces in complex, transaction-driven environments. • Excellent executive storytelling and communication skills, aligning Product, Sales, and Revenue teams around a shared growth vision. • Preferred experience with virtual home touring or visual real estate content, real estate platforms (MLS, portals, transaction tools, CRM), and bundled consumer real estate services. Skills: • Product Marketing • Sales enablement platforms (e.g., HigClientot) • CRM & sales tools (Salesforce, SalesLoft, Gong training provided) • Project management tools (Jira preferred, not required) • Analytics & reporting (Tableau) • G Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) • Zoom and virtual collaboration tools Education: • Bachelor degree or equivalent working experience.
