Recruiter – Game Localization (Globalize service line)

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Recruiter to manage the end-to-end hiring process. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill open roles while ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with company culture and objectives. Key Responsibilities and Activities Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions. Source potential candidates through online platforms, job boards, networking, and referrals. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications. Coordinate interview schedules, assessments, and follow-up communication. Manage the offer process including negotiations, reference checks, and onboarding coordination. Maintain candidate pipeline and applicant tracking system (ATS) records. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience. Monitor and report recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire). Stay updated on industry trends, labor market conditions, and recruitment best practices. Requirements Qualifications and Educational Requirements Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). Proven experience as a Recruiter (in-house or agency). Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment and sourcing techniques. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with HR databases, ATS, and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
