Regional Sales & Leasing Manager

Position Summary: The Regional Sales and Leasing Manager is responsible for overseeing all sales and leasing operations across multiple manufactured housing communities in areas including Kansas, Texas, Oklahoma, and Indianapolis. This includes driving occupancy rates, optimizing home sales, and ensuring compliance with company standards and local regulations. Key Responsibilities: • Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement regional sales plans, quotas, and marketing strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. • Lead Generation and Development: Identify and generate leads within the region, developing and implementing lead generation strategies. • Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing, ensuring a positive customer experience. • Market Analysis and Reporting: Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities, track sales performance, and report on regional results. • Product Knowledge: Maintain a high level of knowledge about manufactured housing products, features, and benefits. • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant sales regulations and policies. Skills and Qualifications: • Strong Sales and Leadership Skills: Proven ability to drive sales, motivate teams, and build strong relationships. • Strategic Thinking and Planning: Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans. • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Customer Service Orientation: Ability to build strong customer relationships and provide excellent customer service. • Proficiency in CRM and Sales Tools: Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales tools. • Knowledge of the Manufactured Housing Industry: Understanding of the manufactured housing market and product offerings. Working Conditions: • 50–75% travel. • Base location can be flexible within the region. • Vehicle stipend or mileage reimbursement is provided.
