What to Expect: Using research-based methods, RBTs provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children in a center or home-based setting. Supervision and mentoring opportunities for aspiring BCBAs Compensation: $17.00 - $20.25 Job Responsibilities: Adhere to company ethical guidelines and Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Motivate early learners during program implementation in a 1:1 setting Electronically collect data accurately to ensure the effectiveness of treatment Implement written plans to decrease mild to severe aggression and challenging behaviors Communicate proactively and timely with BCBAs, caregivers, and/or legal guardians Calmly respond to unexpected behaviors independently and appropriately Maintain confidentiality according to HIPAA guidelines Qualifications and Skills: Energetic, empathetic, and passionate about working with children or adults with special needs 18 yrs. old and high school diploma Reliable transportation.
