Position: Registered Nurse (RN) | Work from home | $34/hr | Starts 2/2/26 Registered Nurse (RN) | Work from Home | $34/hr | Starts 2/2/26 We’re looking for a compassionate, self‑motivated registered nurse to serve as a Care Advisor, working remotely from home. The ideal candidate will use critical thinking, multitasking, and strong communication skills to provide telephonic clinical assessments, health education, and utilization management to a diverse population. Responsibilities • Use the Nursing Process to deliver nursing assessments in line with state Nurse Practice Act. • Provide assessments to individuals or defined patient populations via telecommunications, following computer‑based algorithms, protocols, and guidelines. • Follow nursing standards, company policies and shared principles when delivering clinical assessments and health education. • Identify patient care needs, risk and safety issues, educational opportunities, and appropriate health care referrals using the nursing process. • Process calls according to Quality Management guidelines. • Demonstrate compliance with all product‑specific performance metrics. • Maintain regular, reliable attendance and timeliness. • Work four weekend shifts per month, either on a Saturday schedule or every other weekend. • Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications • Current, unrestricted RN licensure in a compact state (multi‑state) and in good standing. • Minimum associate degree in nursing (BSN preferred). • Minimum 3 years of registered nurse clinical experience; experience in ER, adult/pediatric care, M/S, home health, hospice or other acute areas preferred. • Telephone triage experience and understanding of health benefit plans helpful but not required. • Bilingual skills a plus. • Ability to apply clinical knowledge to meet business standards, remain competent in product delivery, run multiple computer programs simultaneously, identify improvement opportunities, exercise judgement, determine escalation, build rapport, communicate comprehensively, and manage time effectively. • Train to complete 100 % of hours and pass all testing components. More Important Information Must reside in a compact state and hold an unrestricted RN license in one of the following states: AL, AR, CO, FL, GA, IA, , IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MS, MO, MT, NE, NM, NC, ND, NH, OK, SC, SD, TN, TX, VA, WI, WY. Ability to obtain additional state licenses as required. Full‑time positions (36–40 h/week). Schedules include evenings and at least two weekend days every two weeks. Differential pay may be earned for certain shifts. Training lasts 2–4 weeks (first two weeks daytime); 100 % attendance required. Home office must meet certification requirements, explained during interview. Compensation & Benefits Hourly rate: $34.00.
