Responsibilities Support the delivery of actionable insights to improve sales execution and inform strategic decision-making Assist with RTB (Run the Business) cadence by helping monitor pipeline health, opportunity progression, and lead conversion Contribute to initiatives that improve sales processes and systems, helping reduce operational friction and enhance CRM usage Help prepare materials for Sales QBRs, ensuring alignment on performance metrics and priorities Learn to provide recommendations that influence go-to-market strategies and operational improvements Monitor key business metrics such as usage and renewal patterns to identify trends and opportunities Skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience) with an expected graduation of May or June 2026 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn data tools and techniques Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data visualization or CRM tools is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a team environment Comfort with ambiguity and enthusiasm for building structure around new challenges Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work Curiosity, initiative, and a growth mindset Interest in digital experiences and cloud technology Benefits Short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) Long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award Company Overview Adobe is a software company that provides its users with digital marketing and media solutions.
