[Remote] Account Executive – EMR / Healthcare SaaS / Practice Management Software

Sales Talent Inc. is a long-established healthcare technology company entering a major growth phase after a full multi-year rebuild of its EMR and practice management platform. In this role, you will own the full sales cycle, selling into specialty ambulatory practices and guiding multi-stakeholder buying groups while driving new logo acquisition. Responsibilities • Owning the full sales cycle - prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, and closing • Selling into specialty ambulatory practices including OB/GYN, Dermatology, Pediatrics, and Cardiology • Guiding multi-stakeholder buying groups across physicians, practice administrators, and billing/RCM teams • Driving net-new logo acquisition while managing inbound leads and representing the company at 2–3 specialty trade shows per year Skills • 3+ years of EMR/EHR sales experience • Experience selling into medical practices, RCM teams, or healthcare operations • Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder environments and specialty workflows • Consultative, curious, resourceful, and motivated by building in a growth-stage setting • Degree not required Benefits • Medical and expense-covered travel • Fully remote • High-upside earning potential as recurring revenue streams grow Company Overview • #1 ranked recruiting firm on G2 and Winter 2026 Grid Leader.
