Your key responsibilities will include: * **Generating Retail Sales**: Utilize your passion for cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service to expand our network and drive sales growth. * **Uncovering Customer Needs**: Develop connections with customers and ask the right questions to understand their needs and preferences. * **Positioning Product Insights**: Provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution by positioning product insights and solution recommendations. * **Closing Sales**: Utilize phenomenal communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions. * **Continuous Development**: Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up-skill in operational functions across merchandising and inventory. * **Refining Sales Skills**: Refine your sales skills through outbound calls to current arenaflex customers interested in our products and services. **Requirements for the Customer Service Representative** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * **High School Diploma or GED**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. * **Work Experience**: One or more years of work experience is preferred. * **Flexibility**: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (you'll know your schedule four weeks in advance). * **Additional Shifts**: Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income, typically during the summer months, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods. * **Commission-Based Environment**: Experience working in a commission-based environment is preferred. * **Sales Experience**: Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions. * **Customer Service Experience**: Customer service experience is essential. **Benefits and Compensation** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including: * **Yearly Salary Range**: A yearly salary range of $43,000-$56,000, consisting of both base pay and team-based commission, as well as individual incentives. * **Comprehensive Benefits Program**: A comprehensive benefits program that includes health and wellness benefits, a 6% 401(k) match, stock awards, over 4 weeks of paid leave (inclusive of vacation, holidays, and personal days), reduced pricing on arenaflex products and services, up to four months of paid parental leave, up to $8K in annual tuition assistance, and additional incentives to support your career advancement. * **Sign-on Bonus**: Candidates coming from outside the company may be entitled to a $2500 sign-on bonus, paid out in two equal parts. **Career Growth Opportunities** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping you grow and develop your career.
