[Remote] Animator

The role focuses on creating a 2-minute animated video for internal communications, where the animator will be responsible for storyboarding, animating, and delivering a polished video that aligns with brand storytelling goals. Responsibilities • Translate scripts into fully realized animated visuals, developing original imagery, characters, and motion sequences from scratch • Storyboard concepts and design sequences that communicate ideas clearly and creatively • Apply motion graphics, sound design, and visual effects to enhance storytelling and engagement • Ensure consistency with brand guidelines, logos, and templates where applicable • Work closely with internal stakeholders to manage revisions and incorporate feedback efficiently • Balance speed with quality to deliver engaging, cost-effective content under tight timelines • Maintain flexibility to work within varying budgets and project scopes Skills • Strong portfolio showcasing short-form, event-style, or animated video work • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or comparable video editing software • Basic motion graphics, sound design, and color correction capabilities • Ability to meet deadlines and adapt quickly to evolving creative needs • Proven track record in animation and video editing for corporate or event content • Excited about storytelling through video and bringing brand narratives to life • Quick learner able to grow into more complex animation or motion design projects • Collaborative, adaptable, and brings energy to fast-paced creative environments Company Overview • We Are Rosie is an advertising marketplace that connects the user to hand-picked teams curated to serve the user's goals.
