[Remote] Associate Corporate Counsel

The Associate Corporate Counsel will provide legal support to product and business teams, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and managing risks in business processes. Responsibilities • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, requests for proposals, and other legal documents • Provide legal support and advice to product and business teams • Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and protection regulations, including the EU and UK GDPR • Balance risks in business processes and decision making Skills • Juris Doctor (J.D.) and membership in one US state bar (or Canadian equivalent) • 2+ years of experience as a tech legal counsel (SaaS) • Strong negotiating skills with both legal and business counterparties • Experience negotiating tech agreements (NDA, SaaS Agreement, EULA, MSA, SOW, DPA, etc.) • Experience building trustful relationships with internal clients • Demonstrate sound judgment even in ambiguous situations • Ability to work independently Benefits • Annual bonus • Stock • Sales incentives based on revenue or utilization Company Overview • Acumatica is a cloud ERP system that offers business management solutions for companies.
