[Remote] Business Consultant, Analytics and Quality

The Business Consultant will own customer business cases, lead change management initiatives, and ensure successful adoption of NiCE's analytics and quality solutions. Responsibilities • Deliver strategic consulting engagements that drive measurable business improvements, client satisfaction, and successful adoption of NiCE solutions. • Develop and execute business cases and value realization plans, aligning solution design, launch strategies, and success criteria with organizational priorities. • Lead change management and stakeholder engagement, securing executive sponsorship and cross-functional buy-in throughout the project lifecycle. • Provide expert advisory and project management, including financial analysis, ROI modeling, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership. • Ensure program alignment and accountability, serving as the primary communication point and driving execution across consulting and implementation teams. • Drive repeat business through successful delivery, thought leadership, and credibility in advisory services.
