The Account Executive leads consultative sales conversations with nonprofit decision-makers, managing the relationship from demo through early onboarding. Responsibilities Run 1:1 product demos with nonprofit leaders and stakeholders Lead consultative conversations to understand organizational needs, challenges, and readiness Manage follow-ups and move opportunities through a structured sales pipeline Close new accounts and take responsibility for outcomes Maintain accurate CRM records and follow defined workflows Share feedback from sales conversations to improve messaging, onboarding, and activation Own early onboarding and activation Skills 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or consultative environments Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience running demos and managing follow-ups Willingness to learn the nonprofit space and product quickly Legally authorized to work in the U.S SoCal candidates preferred Benefits Remote-first role (SoCal candidates preferred) Paid time off Health benefits 401(k) plan Company Overview Donorlytics is an AI-powered intelligence platform for nonprofits.
